Seven Casino’s Terms govern registration, deposits, betting, bonuses, withdrawals, disputes and account closure. Several clauses have direct financial consequences: customers must provide accurate details, use only their own payment methods, maintain one account, complete verification, wager the latest deposit at least once and comply with bonus restrictions before withdrawing.
The official legal material also contains inconsistencies. The site is listed on the Anjouan Gaming Authority register under Exceptiosoft LTD and licence ALSI-202606020-FI1, while the Terms refer to Curaçao law without clearly identifying the licensed entity or licence in the document. Two restricted-territory clauses do not contain identical country lists. Those discrepancies should be clarified by the operator rather than silently interpreted in its favour.
Terms checked on 5 September 2026. This is an independent plain-language analysis, not legal advice. The official version accepted during registration remains the contractual text.

The Anjouan Gaming Authority’s public register lists 777seven.casino under Exceptiosoft LTD. It shows B2C licence ALSI-202606020-FI1, issued on 12 June 2026 and expiring on 11 June 2027, with status shown as valid at the time of checking.
The official Terms page does not present those details clearly in the main contractual text. It refers to Curaçao governing law even though the currently verifiable licence is from Anjouan. A governing-law clause and a gambling licence are not the same thing, so the reference is not automatically impossible; however, the absence of a clearly named legal counterparty and the mixture of jurisdictions reduce transparency.
Customers should save the accepted Terms version, account confirmation and licence information at registration. If a dispute arises, these records establish what was presented at the time rather than relying on a page that may later be changed.

Registration is restricted to adults aged 18 or older. Reaching the age threshold does not by itself make play lawful: the customer is responsible for whether online casino or betting services may legally be used from the place where they are located.
Registration data must be complete and accurate. A shortened or invented name, incorrect date of birth, outdated address or disposable contact detail can prevent later verification. The account name should match identity and payment documents from the first deposit.
The customer is also responsible for protecting the password and account. Sharing credentials can make it difficult to distinguish unauthorised access from permitted use. Suspected compromise should be reported immediately, and the password should be changed through the official domain rather than through a link sent by an unknown party.
The Terms contain more than one restricted-territory clause, and the lists are inconsistent.
Clause 3.1.2 names the United States, Netherlands, France, United Kingdom, Australia, Cyprus, Spain, Austria, Comoros, Germany, Sweden and the Dutch West Indies territories of Aruba, Bonaire, Saba, Statia, St Martin and Curaçao. It also extends restrictions to FATF-blacklisted and sanctioned countries and jurisdictions prohibited by Curaçao’s central government or the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority.
Clause 3.4.4 repeats much of that list but, in the version reviewed, does not name Cyprus or Sweden. The omission should not be treated as permission because another clause expressly includes them.
| Territory category | Position in the reviewed Terms |
|---|---|
| Explicitly named in both relevant clauses | United States, Netherlands, France, United Kingdom, Australia, Spain, Austria, Comoros, Germany and specified Dutch West Indies territories |
| Named in clause 3.1.2 but absent from clause 3.4.4 | Cyprus and Sweden |
| Broad external categories | FATF-blacklisted countries, sanctioned countries and other jurisdictions prohibited by identified authorities |
Location restrictions apply to actual use, not merely nationality or the address entered at registration. A VPN, proxy or altered device location does not change the law or the contractual restriction. It can instead create an additional mismatch during security and payment checks. A visitor in a prohibited territory should not register, deposit or bet.
The broad reference to sanctions and external lists can change without the casino rewriting every country name. A customer near the boundary of eligibility should obtain written confirmation from the operator and independently check applicable law before funding an account.
Seven Casino expects one account per customer. Creating a second account after forgetting login details, self-excluding, closing an account or encountering verification problems can be treated as duplicate-account activity. Password recovery and support are the correct routes for an inaccessible account.
Links can be inferred from more than a name. Shared devices, payment instruments, IP addresses, postal addresses or coordinated betting patterns may prompt review. This matters to adults living in the same household: each legitimate user should have separate identity and payment information and should not access the other person’s account.
Multiple accounts can lead to closure, removal of bonuses, cancellation of transactions and a review of balances. The operator should still explain the evidence and contractual clause used for any adverse decision.
The KYC Policy makes verification mandatory for any withdrawal, once lifetime deposits exceed €2,000, and when a transaction is suspicious or high risk. The operator can request government ID, a selfie with ID, recent proof of address, proof of payment ownership and additional source-of-funds documents.
Services, payments and withdrawals can be limited until verification is complete. The policy gives a typical 48-hour review target, but incomplete or inconsistent files can extend it. The target does not replace the separate withdrawal-processing period.
The AML rules also explain why an unused deposit cannot simply be transferred out: the latest deposit must be wagered at least once. Artificial, opposing or coordinated betting intended only to create turnover can itself attract investigation.
Payments must be made with instruments owned by the account holder. Third-party cards, wallets or bank accounts introduce both ownership and money-laundering concerns. If a previously used method expires, the customer should ask which alternative evidence and withdrawal route are accepted rather than substituting another person’s method.
The operator says it does not charge its own deposit fee, although banks and providers may. Availability, currency conversion and provider limits are shown in the cashier. A marketing-page payment logo does not guarantee that the method is enabled for a particular account.
Cryptocurrency transfers require exact asset, network and address matching. Transactions are normally irreversible, so the customer bears substantial risk when entering an unsupported network or incorrect destination.
Accepted wagers are generally settled using the operator’s recorded result and applicable game or sports rules. Technical display errors do not necessarily entitle a customer to an incorrectly shown win. Conversely, a genuine disputed result should be supported with game-round or bet IDs, timestamps, amount and screenshots.
The Terms set a short window for game-outcome disputes: seven calendar days. Waiting for a monthly statement or relying only on an informal chat can therefore weaken a claim. Save the case number and make the issue explicit in writing within the deadline.
The operator may cancel bets affected by obvious errors, malfunction or incorrect odds. The clause should be applied to a demonstrable error, not used as a vague justification after an ordinary result. A customer may ask for the recorded event data and the precise rule relied upon.
Seven Casino permits only one active promotion. The standard casino bonus maximum is €2 per wager, and buying bonus features or paid free spins is prohibited while a bonus is active. Standard slots offers exclude live casino, sports and listed slot titles.
Deposit-bonus winnings are normally capped at 25 times the original bonus; sports and non-deposit bonus winnings are normally capped at 10 times the bonus. A non-deposit withdrawal also requires at least one successful deposit. These limits can reduce a displayed balance even after wagering is complete.
| Example | Rule applied | Resulting issue |
|---|---|---|
| €5 slot spin with active casino bonus | Exceeds €2 maximum | Bonus and associated winnings may be removed |
| Feature buy during bonus wagering | Expressly prohibited | Promotion can be invalidated |
| Live-dealer play under ordinary slots offer | Does not qualify | Wagering may not reduce |
| Second promotion selected while one is active | One-active-bonus rule | New offer may not activate |
| €100 casino bonus grows beyond €2,500 | Standard 25x cap | Amount above the cap may be removed |
Campaign-specific terms displayed before activation can add minimum deposits, expiry dates, eligible games and other conditions. The detailed Seven Casino bonus analysis contains turnover and cap examples.
The standard minimum withdrawal is €100, with a €1,000 daily and €10,000 monthly limit. Internal processing is normally stated as up to three banking days. One withdrawal request per 24 hours may be allowed depending on method, and only one request per payment method can remain pending.
These rules mean a large balance may take multiple payments and more than one month to release. KYC, payment ownership, bonus completion and last-deposit wagering must also be satisfied. A provider can add its own delivery time or fee after the casino approves a transaction.
A cancelled withdrawal returns to the playable balance. Customers should not be pressured to reverse a valid request for promotional reasons. The full withdrawal process and evidence checklist explains status handling and escalation.
The operator can restrict an account during identity, payment, security or rules investigations. A restriction should be distinguished from permanent confiscation: the customer should ask what verification or evidence is outstanding and which clause authorises any balance adjustment.
Ordinary account closure can be requested through live chat. The Terms describe cancelling open bets where possible and asking for a reason and closure period. A standard closure period of 30 days is identified, after which reactivation may be requested through chat or email.
Self-exclusion is different. It is intended as a protective control, cannot be shortened or cancelled before the selected period ends and should not be treated as an ordinary 30-day closure. Open bets remain and settle under the operator’s policy. The responsible-gambling page also says account access and withdrawals are unavailable during the exclusion period, making it important to arrange any necessary balance handling before activation with support.
Gameplay losses are not refundable merely because the customer is dissatisfied or later regrets betting. The Refund Policy identifies narrower circumstances such as an unused deposit affected by a technical error, a duplicate transaction or a promptly reported unauthorised payment.
The operator asks for a refund request within 24 hours. A refund is not normally available after the balance has been played, to bypass incomplete wagering, or for losses incurred before a later self-exclusion request.
Evidence should include the transaction ID, amount, timestamp, payment statement and explanation. An unauthorised-payment claim may also require immediate contact with the payment provider and security changes to the account.
Seven Casino advertises 24/7 human live support and publishes [email protected]. Formal complaints can be sent to [email protected].
| Issue | Published timing relevant to the complaint |
|---|---|
| Game outcome dispute | Raise within 7 calendar days |
| Payout, suspension or bonus calculation | Raise within 1 calendar month |
| Live-chat complaint target in Terms | About 2 weeks; complex cases up to 8 weeks |
| Formal email process | Up to 60 business days, with possible extension |
| Refund request | Report within 24 hours under Refund Policy |
The different investigation timeframes are not harmonised in the legal text. Submit early, identify the category and preserve the acknowledgement date. A useful complaint states the account identifier, disputed transactions, chronology, exact amount, relevant clause, evidence and requested remedy.
Do not send passwords, one-time codes or full card security data. If the casino’s final response identifies an external dispute body or regulator, verify that body independently before sharing documents.
The operator publishes a Fairness and RNG page stating that games use random number generation and referring to testing. This is a general assurance, not a substitute for identifying the laboratory, certificate scope, tested game versions and certificate date.
For a specific disputed round, the important evidence is the provider’s round identifier, server record and game rules. Short-term losing sequences do not demonstrate an RNG failure; slot outcomes are volatile and each valid round can be independent.
| Ambiguity | Why it matters | Useful written question |
|---|---|---|
| Anjouan licence but Curaçao governing-law wording | Contractual entity and dispute route are unclear | Which legal entity contracts with the customer and which regulator handles complaints? |
| Restricted lists differ between clauses | Customer could misread an omission as eligibility | Which consolidated restricted-territory list is current? |
| Complaint timelines use different units and routes | Escalation expectations are uncertain | Which timeline applies to the identified complaint type? |
| Public cashback headline lacks full formula | 10% cannot be valued without calculation rules | What loss base, cap, wagering and expiry apply to this account? |
| Generic RNG statement lacks visible certificate detail | Independent test scope is hard to verify | Which laboratory, certificate number and games are covered? |
The Anjouan Gaming Authority register lists 777seven.casino under Exceptiosoft LTD. The operator’s own Terms should identify the contractual entity more prominently.
The official register showed B2C licence ALSI-202606020-FI1 as valid on 5 September 2026, with issue date 12 June 2026 and expiry date 11 June 2027.
The reviewed Terms contain a Curaçao governing-law reference while the verifiable licence is Anjouan. Governing law and licensing can differ, but the operator should clarify the legal counterparty and dispute framework.
No. A VPN does not change the customer’s location or legal eligibility and can create an additional security mismatch. The Terms expressly prohibit access from listed territories.
The one-account rule is per customer, but shared address, device, IP or payment data can trigger a linked-account review. Each person should use independent identity and payment details and obtain support confirmation if necessary.
The Terms state seven calendar days. Include the round or bet ID, time, stake, result and screenshots rather than relying on a general account complaint.
The responsible-gambling policy says self-exclusion cannot be shortened or cancelled before the chosen period expires. It is separate from the standard 30-day closure process.
Generally no. The Refund Policy is aimed at limited cases such as unused technical-error deposits, duplicates and promptly reported unauthorised transactions, not ordinary lost bets.
Yes. The active wagering requirement, eligible play, maximum bet and winnings cap apply in addition to general KYC and payment rules.
Save the version displayed and accepted at registration and again before a material promotion or transaction. Record its date and URL because online terms can be amended.
